Parking Garage at Queensbay Mall is really cool - has signs for where parking spots are available! 5 spots available ahead, 483 up from here. Go straight ahead or up to open spots. Between us and column B11 the ceiling lights are green - open spots. Beyond that where the white cars are parked, ceiling lights are red showing occupied. At the entrance to the restaurant you can see the chefs making their signature item.

Small rolling pin to roll the small circles of dough in the middle into larger thin ones on the right. Then they are filled, and unlike dim sum also have soup inside! Signature specialty of the restaurant. Xiao Long Bao. First, munchies at the table - cooked peanuts - warm and soft not crunchy, taste more like beans than nuts... cuz they are beans not nuts :-) Then, the restaurant specialty - Xaio Long Bao. Dipping sauce with ginger

Yen Liang demonstrates - add ginger on top... then pour a little sauce on top. Yummy! At bottom fried tofu. Top dish is sezchuan chicken with scary-spicy dried peppers. Noodles with seafood, and fried rice round out the meal. Do NOT touch the peppers! Chicken is good tho!

Dessert. Kinda like tasty dough shell with sweet buttery liquid inside. The menu called it custard but it's not quite. Very good! Company sunshades! Well, ex-company :-)
