Young Eagles at FNL April 7th, 2001

Rick Steffens organized a young eagle flight for a bunch of Tiger Scouts. I recruited my other half Sue Wolber to help. Other pilots were also recruited to introduce the Tiger Scouts to the magic of flight. Select an image to enlarge to a bigger size. Rick took half of these pictures and I don't remember who took the other half. The kids seemed to have a good time and that is all that mattered.

Airplanes shown in these pictures are Chris' kit built Rutan Long-EZ, Bill Arnold's beautifully rebuilt 1947 Stinson and his RV-9 currently under construction. Sue Wolber's Cessna 182 Skylane. My own Cessna 172XP Hawk XP. Sue and I flew the kids in our Cessna aircraft.
