During re-assembly after replacing the engine case it was discovered that the camshaft lobes were rough. This requires sending the camshaft off to a machine shop. This should have been discovered months ago when it was disassembled but was only discovered upon the re-assembly phase. This will add at least another couple of weeks to the schedule. At this point it is likely that when it finally comes back online that the annual inspection will be a full year with no hours on it.
