At the Queensbay Mall, Penang. Kind of a hot pot type restaurant. You start with a pot of boiling water, order meat and veggies and noodles, and cook it all as a group social activity. Scoop it out and enjoy! Lots of menu options for meats... including odd stuff like jellyfish... and fish glue - minced fish mixed with cornstarch and shaped into squares. Not to be confused with fish balls, which are similar but they're spheres and have a more springy chewy texture.

Lots of veggie options... and more veggies... Food arrives in many trays. Sort into which ones you want to cook first (pick 1/3-1/4 of them) and what to cook together. Start putting them into the hot water Let it boil...

And start scooping out the pieces, and broth if you want soup. Colorful! The odd-looking thing on top is jellyfish. I hadn't even known they were edible! Texture is a little crispy, a little rubbery. Very mild taste. Put in the next batch of food, let it boil, and repeat. This batch is crab, baby corn, and green veggies. Last, noodles and eggs.

Hold the egg yolk to let it cook juuuuuuuust right. How do you eat a chicken wing with only these utinsels, no knife? How to do it with chopsticks and spoon... Group picture!
